I'm at 10K or so. The good news is, after a nearly crippling case of writer's block, I think I am over the hump. I have a road map for the story, so I finally now know where I am going, I've decided on a conflict and a resolution. I'm in Chapter 3 now with lots of notes for the rest of the book, and I have a full 30 days to make it to the 50K mark, which I have to do because that is my deadline with the pub. I'll get it done, as usual, because I guess I really need a lot of pressure to buckle down. Maybe one day I'll outgrow that tendancy. I hope so. Cat Well I suck and I freely admit it.
